Checking In
No workout this morning - you don't want to know why, trust me :) I did weigh in. Now I know that weight goes up and down and this may change, but according to the number on the scale this morning I have lost 8.5 lbs since I started on 9/28. Not too bad and actually pretty interesting since my workout schedule sucks this week. That is not a good thing - it is an excuse to not workout. I will just have to watch it.
Ah... the dreaded About Me section. Really, if you read my blogs then you know me. I am often cranky, rarely happy and always willing to ramble on about something. I am a pessimist to the core. My glass will always be half empty and I am too old to change that.
The upside, though, is that I love to talk and I love meeting new people. So, read my blog, have a laugh and let me get to know you while you get to know me.
